Reservations & Cancellations:
All spa and salon appointments can be scheduled or cancelled at the spa reception desk. We understand circumstances may arise that are unavoidable and canceling your appointment may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep your appointment, we require 24 hour notice of cancellation. Less than 24 hours will result in a fee and/or loss of gift certificate. For your Ultimate Enjoyment...
We ask that you arrive thirty minutes prior to your first visit to familiarize yourself with our facility and enjoy our relaxation room. The Spa provides lockers, robes, and slippers for your convenience. To ensure total relaxation for yourself and other guests, the spa is a cell phone and pager free zone. For your added conveniences we offer luxury pick up for your appointment. Please call 877-662-4SPA to enjoy this free service.
What to Expect
It is recommended that you request a consultation with one of our licensed therapists or spa manager in order to provide you with the best possible treatment.
Personal Valuables
We provide lockers, however, we request that you leave all valuable items at home as we will not assume any responsibility for lost or stolen personal items.
Children
We love children just as much as you do, however, for the comfort of other guests, we ask children not to visit the spa. If children are receiving services, this rule does not apply.
Health Considerations
Prior to your appointment, please notify the Spa Manager and your Therapist if you have allergies, high blood-pressure, heart conditions, physical disabilities, or if you are pregnant.
Service Fees
For your convenience, a 20% service charge is added to all services.
